BJC Mega is a high-end series created to meet the most demanding needs. Its mechanisms have a serene and soft volume design that make it one of the most elegant and exclusive market series.

MEGA features BJC Series:

• Incorporates a unique 100% zamak framework that strikes the right balance between the antioxidant capacity of zinc, resistance and lightness of aluminum, the magnesium alloy capacity and durability of copper.
• All frames BJC Mega series are manufactured by metal casting process pressure. The finish of color throughout the BJC Mega series follows the same treatment as that used in the automotive industry.
• Each frame BJC Mega series is composed of a base of Zamak, a phosphate on the surface to prevent corrosion and ensure adhesion, the mechanism base color and protective lacquer layer against fingerprints and scratches.
• The mechanisms have an adjusted size allow to maximize the interior space in the box and facilitates wiring. They also have ventilation windows that prevent their heating extending the life of the mechanisms.
• Interrupt mechanisms are provided with silver contacts of high purity (900/1000) 16 A standard on all mechanisms.
• It incorporates new outlets with system "stai" an open safety pin screw system allowing tighten the screws in a single operation.
• The racks have the recorded plus side notches ensuring perfect alignment and positioning of position frames.
